As Couqley Dubai's Mixologist, your primary responsibility is to prepare and serve drinks to customers while providing a high level of customer service. Some specific duties and responsibilities include:
Mixing and serving drinks: You will be responsible for mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, to customers.
Taking orders: You will be responsible for taking drink orders from customers, providing recommendations, and suggesting specials.
Providing excellent customer service: You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
Handling payments: You will be responsible for processing payments and making change accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining cleanliness: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
Managing inventory: You will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the bar has adequate stock of all necessary items.
Following health and safety procedures: You will be responsible for following all health and safety procedures, including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with local laws and regulations.
